I am a certified Face Reality Acne Specialist & I offer a wide range of services tailored for your specific needs! Being able to give people that extra confidence is by far the best feeling. I’m here to enhance your own beauty! Getting to know each client & understanding their wants & needs helps me focus on helping them feel & look their best! Cancellation Policy
To ensure fairness and respect for everyone’s scheduled appointment time, please review our booking policies below: • Deposits, gift cards, and service fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE in the event of a cancellation or reschedule. • A new deposit is required each time an appointment is canceled or rescheduled. • A 10-minute grace period is provided for all appointments, If you arrive 10 minutes late, a $15 late fee will be applied. • If you arrive 15 minutes late your appointment will be canceled and you will be marked as a no-call, no-show and you will be charged 95% of the scheduled service. • Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than a 24 hour notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee based on the scheduled service and a new deposit will be required to book a future appointment. • Same-day cancellations or reschedules are considered no-call, no-shows and are subject to a fee of 95% of the scheduled service. • No children or additional guests are permitted during your appointment unless they are getting serviced as well. • Brazilian Wax Appointments: Our cancellation, rescheduling, and late policies apply even while on your menstrual cycle.
